Another great idea and recipe from Ted Reader. Start by making a cedar plank box - 8x12 with a thick bottom and shim sides. Make the mac and cheese (noodles, cheese, Bone Dust seasoning, milk, cream, flour, onion) and fill the box. Cover loosely with foil and plank grill over medium heat for about an hour until warm and bubbly. Good mac and cheese with a really nice hint of cedar. |
