From BBQ USA. An excellent alternative to regular
barbecued chicken.

A whole chicken cut in halves, rinsed, dried, and seasoned with salt and pepper.

Thrown in the smoker with hickory until done.

Then soaked for 2 minutes on each side in 2 cups of mayo, 1 cup of cider
vinegar, 1/2 cup horseradish, and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
