Grilled asparagus is one of our favorite vegetables. Especially this recipe from Steve Raichlen's How To Grill book. The spears are brushed with a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil then sprinkled with salt, pepper, and toasted sesame seeds. Get asparagus spears that are a little thicker and skewer them side to side with two skewers making little "rafts". This makes handling them on the grill much easier and flipping them is a breeze. |
