I combined an idea from Ted Reader with the bacon explosion to
create this meatloaf.
Start by making a bacon weave on a piece of plastic wrap.

Make the meatloaf and spread it over the bacon weave.

Add string cheese and shredded cheddar.

Finally, add more cooked bacon and fresh basil.

Using the plastic wrap for help, roll up the meatloaf.

Heat the grill to a medium high heat and set it up for
indirect grilling.
Here it is half way done.

End it by glazing with a little Blues Hog in the last few
minutes.
(I figured when I tried to rotate it that I should have tied it).

All done.
