While these beans from Weber's Art of the Grill cookbook are kind of "cheater" beans, they are exceptionally good.  "Cheater" because you start with canned pork and beans and rinse off all the crap that they come with so you just have cooked beans.  A little bacon, onion, garlic, homemade barbecue sauce, bourbon and smoke make them fantastic.
