From Steve Raichlen's Barbecue Bible. This bread is way easy and fun for everyone to make. The bread is just toasted on the grill (nothing put on it). Then each person gets half a cut garlic clove, a cherry tomato cut in half, a little salt, pepper and olive oil. You rub the cut side of the garlic clove on the bread, then rub on the tomato. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Some of my favorite grilled bread ever. We had it with Tapenade Stuffed Pork Loin (which is also super nummy). |
