Corn Chowder


We had some vegetarian friends over for lunch so it was time to go meatless.  Another highly recommended recipe from The Barbecue Bible.

Start peppers, onions, and corn brushed with a little oil, salt and pepper.

Grill until nicely charred and roasted

Remove and let cool.

Cut the corn from the cob and dice the veggies adding some flour, potatoes, herbs, and seasonings.

Add veggie stock and cook until potatoes are done.  Add some cream for the last couple of minutes.

Next time, I'm adding bacon.
