Grilled Peaches


Another one modified from Steve Raichlen's Indoor Grilling book.  What a fantastic dessert.  Skip the meal and just eat this.

The peaches are cut in half (and a little piece removed from the bottom so they sit flat), brushed with melted butter and dipped in brown sugar.

Tossed on the grill until the sugar caramelizes and they just start to get soft.

Served with peach ice cream and Steve's bourbon caramel sauce.
