When we were in Seward, Alaska we stopped in at a little Greek/Italian restaurant for lunch.  They had a gyro pizza that was just incredible.  Came home and managed to make one just as good myself.  Bought the meat and the sauce from It's Greek To Me (local restaurant) and made the dough from scratch.  I posted the complete recipe on the Kamado forum ( http://www.kamado.com/discus/messages/2/1844.html?1028297772 ).

Start with just the crust, sauce, and meat.

Cooked through.

Once it's done, top it with raw tomatoes and onions and serve with tzatziki sauce.
