While not as good as Rum Smoked Salmon (which I've never taken
a picture of because I'm too anxious to eat it), this was still really good
stuff. Both recipes are again from Steve Raichlen's How To Grill
book. The mustard glaze has a couple different kinds of mustard, dill,
brown sugar, and a few other spices. Good stuff.

Just put on the grill with the mustard sauce and sprinkled with brown sugar.
