Yeah, that's right, peanut butter and jelly salmon.
You've never tried it, so you JUST DON'T KNOW. Hey, when Ted Reader says
it's one of his favorites, I know it's got to be good. Even my wife and
daughter, who really don't like salmon, said it was good. So there.
Go make it before you start getting all uppity on me.
Normally, I wouldn't have cut it into pieces, but the rain
came and I had to use my indoor grill.
Start by rubbing with Ted's Sweet Spice Rub (brown sugar, salt, pepper,
cracked coriander seeds, dill seeds, onion powder, garlic powder, and mustard
seed).

Next, spread it with cream peanut butter.

Spread that with pineapple preserves thinned with a little
water
to make it spreadable.

Finally, top with pieces of pineapple, fresh dill, and a
little more rub.

Plank grill over high heat for about 20 minutes.

All done. I was amazed at how well the peanut butter
went with the salmon.
A really great way to do planked salmon.
