Peanuts and Almonds


The peanut recipe is from Steve Raichlen's BBQ USA, the almonds are my own.


Peanuts are marinated in butter, hot sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, and paprika for about an hour.


Almonds were done in butter and Lawry's Salt (ok, so I got lazy)


Stacked on the K.  The ones on the left got a little burned.  Next time, they'll be rotated.


All done and ready for munchin'.
