Roasted Sweet Corn


This is one great and simple way to make sweet corn.  If the corn is fresh, just put it right in the embers.  If you want (or if it's a little dry) you can soak it in cold water for half an hour first.


Just tossed them in the embers.  Make sure they're good and hot (these could have been hotter).


About half way done.


These could have gone a little longer.  Keep turning them as they cook.  When done, they should be all black and charred on the outside.  The inside will be fantastic - roasted with a little bit of firmness and great flavor.
