Rum Glazed Shrimp


From Steve Raichlen's How To Grill, some of the best (but pretty sweet) shrimp I've ever made.  The shrimp are brushed with a butter rum glaze and then skewered on sugar cane.  You don't eat the sugar cane and it's kind of a bear to cut into skewers but it adds a really nice sweetnes to this recipe.
