Actually called Spiced Lamb and Beef Kabobs from Steve
Raichlen's Barbecue Bible. Eats like sausage, tastes like gyros. Had
to hunt for wide, flat skewers but it was worth it. You can make just
about any kind of grilled sausage with them.

Lamb and beef seasoned with dill, turmeric, cumin, cilantro, etc. Shaped
around wide flat skewers to keep the meat held together.

Grilled over a very hot fire until nicely browned on the outside.
