Stuffed Chicken Breasts


Just made from what we had around the house one day.  Cubed up some day old white bread, sautéed some onion and garlic, fried up some bacon, added a little mozzarella and Italian seasonings.  Flattened the chicken breasts, then stuffed and rolled them.  Brushed with olive oil and gave them a little salt and pepper.  Grilled at 400 for about 20 minutes.

Served with lemon rice.
