Just made from what we had around the house one day. Cubed up some day old white bread, sautéed some onion and garlic, fried up some bacon, added a little mozzarella and Italian seasonings. Flattened the chicken breasts, then stuffed and rolled them. Brushed with olive oil and gave them a little salt and pepper. Grilled at 400 for about 20 minutes. Served with lemon rice. |
