I had Tandoori chicken at a local Indian restaurant and fell in love with it.  Found this recipe by Kim Walker on the Kamado forum ( http://www.kamado.com/discus/messages/2/535.html?1016903591 ).  It wasn't quite the same as the stuff at Taste of India, but it was still very good.  Next time, I'd use a little more smoke.
